Atalaya Property Management, Inc. is a full service property management firm specializing exclusively in community Association management for condominiums and homesites.
OUR GOAL is to assist the communities' Boards of Director in protecting and enhancing property values, as well as maintaining the physical and financial health of the association. We meet our clients' goals and objectives through personal service and attention to detail.
Each property is unique and our management program is team effort between the management staff and the Board of Directors. We evaluate the individual needs of a property and make recommendations based on our professional experience and the needs of our client. We provide information needed to make sound and educated decisions for your community.
